For all breaks with Hilton hotels you will need to call us directly on 0845 652 0909 where we can check availability and book your break for you. For all our other breaks the following booking procedure applies:
1. To check availability for your break you will need to ring the spa or hotel directly. If your break includes treatments please ensure these are available at the time of your enquiry.
2. When ringing please advise them that you are a Spa & Hotel Break customer.
3. Please do not however pay the hotel directly. Simply ask the hotel to reserve your room and then return to this web site to purchase your break.
4. Payments by credit card can be taken online immediately or over the phone, alternatively you can opt to pay by cheque.
5. Your break can be booked as soon as you have paid and you have received your voucher. This will be sent to you by e-mail. Alternatively you may wish to book at a later date. It is up to you! The venue will be expecting your call as they will have a copy of your details. Your e-mailed voucher is 100% guaranteed to be with you the same day (unless purchased after 10pm) and is usually dispatched within 60 minutes of payment receipt.
6. Late bookings are not a problem (subject to availability) as we usually e-mail your voucher within 60 minutes once payment has been received.
7. Group bookings can be made by purchasing as many breaks as required and checking availability with the hotel as described above.
